To become certified, participants must pass this online test, judge a debate, and submit a ballot for review. 

Participants must receive 100% of the questions correct in order to pass. You may retake the test instantly and as many times as you would like. Please reach out to website@ocdl.org if you would like help with a question or if you are experiencing any technical issues. 

In order to pass this test you must know and understand the information from BOTH Debate Training and Judge Training.
